You Have 30 Days

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition with all tags and original packaging included.

Prepare for Shipping
Items should be packed securely. Return shipping costs, including label and tracking, are your responsibility.
Use Trackable Delivery
Luna Maris Label is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend tracked postage.

Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to complete the transaction.

Interested in an Exchange?

Want a different size or item? Let us know in your return email, and we’ll help process an exchange if stock is available.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order is already being processed and can no longer be canceled. Once your package has arrived, you may contact us to arrange a return.
